Graduates of our Academy, even if they stay in South Africa, will want to continue working with products on which they have been trained. This will gradually create further brand awareness and demand in a new, growing market. Local architects and construction companies will favour products and tools if they know that the craftsmen and women carrying out the work have been trained in their use. Our organisation also provides the ideal platform for making contact with local government representatives and commercial enterprises.

No country can really develop unless its citizens are educated!
The South Africa economy lacks qualified training programmes. Despite the large number of young people, there is a lack of sufficiently qualified labour, which is slowing down economic development. The Academy offers young people in South Africa the opportunity for greater self-determination through qualified training that meets internationally recognised standards. Their future prospects on the local and German labour market would be just as good as elsewhere in the world; their training would give them real prospects. The commitment of our supporters would thus make a significant contribution to the self-determination of these young people in South Africa.

Our project for a Training Academy in Africa based on German dual training standards is unique worldwide and could be groundbreaking for the future. Starting with the HVAC profession, other trades could be trained in the future. We therefore expect the Training Academy to have a major impact on the South African economy. The model gives our sponsors a presence in a promising market.
